Check this out, I guess us making AGs into boys isn't that weird after all. The AG classic facemold was designed by Gotz to be either!

Those are gorgeous dolls! Okay, I know why they're gorgeous... But... wow, they're so pretty! If I had $80 to spare I'd buy them in a heartbeat. The girl with the swept-up braids is sooo cute!
WAAAH! I saw these dolls and instantly bonded, but I lost the auction by $3 (I know, I know, maybe the other person's bid was much higher than the auction's closing price). I really, really wanted them--it was an instant case of the "gimmes." However, I didn't want them bad enough to spend any more money I guess (though in hindsight I feel like I should have gone up to $200 with my max). Oh well, maybe there will be another set someday. Only I've *never* seen a boy like that before...

I watch the Gotz catagoey religiously and this is the third boy with the AG face I've seen in about a year. So they do show up. This is the only one I've seen where they had BOTH though, they usually just have the boy OR the girl.

Hey, I have that exact boy! I call him Eddie Ryland. His clothing is a little namby-pamby. (You can see him on the rooftop terrace of my giant dollhouse at my Maria's Doll House website.)
Oh my gosh! That is my Gotz Modell doll that I turned into "Elizabeth"! I didn't even know there WAS a boy doll! I wonder if they were originally a set? Anyway, in my imagination, (fueled by the original stories,) this is exactly what Elizabeth should look like! My doll was in a little bit better shape that this girl appeared to be; her hair was still netted, and in pristine condition with not a hair out of place. Her joints are wobbly also, just as this seller described. She may be older than I originally thought also, I was guessing late 80's. I wonder if there is a way to date her? If anyone knows, could you let me know? Thanks...Lin
